Flippin' Mike’s began in 2018 in a little red food truck in Woodstock, ON.  Mike was a general contractor from the 6ix (aka Toronto, ON) who dreamt of trading in his drywall & work boots for a spatula and chef’s jacket.  With the lifelong dream of being a restauranteur, he only wanted to use the freshest of ingredients, so he sourced out and partnered with local butchers and cheese manufacturers, creating an innovative menu that his ‘fans’ love.  With the incredible support of  his family, Woodstock customers and others who traveled  from far and wide to sample his fare, Flippin' Mike's quickly outgrew the food truck.  When looking to open his first brick and mortar location in 2020, Tillsonburg seemed like just the right fit.
